CREATIVITY AND
A CLEAR PROCESS
.

Our process is designed to give creative ideas room to develop without leaving you wondering what happens next.

WE START WITH THE WHY.

Before we design, we learn.

01

— DISCOVER

We gather information about your organization, audience, goals, existing brand, project needs, content, challenges, and desired outcomes. Depending on the project, this may happen through a questionnaire, discovery conversation, content review, or a combination of all three.

The goal is to make sure we are solving the right creative problem.

WE TURN THE IDEA

INTO A PLAN.

02

— DEFINE

Once we understand the need, we define the project scope and creative direction. This is where we align on deliverables, priorities, content responsibilities, timelines, approvals, and the visual direction that will guide the work.

Clear expectations at the beginning create a smoother project later.

THE IDEA STARTS

TO BECOME VISIBLE.

03

— CREATE

We develop the initial creative direction using the strategy and materials established during discovery and planning. Depending on the service, that could mean website layouts, graphics, brand elements, or another visual solution.

Our goal is not to create options for the sake of options. We make intentional recommendations grounded in the project’s purpose.

GOOD COLLABORATION

PUSHES THE PROJECT FORWARD

04

— REFINE

You review the work and provide feedback through the agreed process. We then refine the design, resolve revisions, and move the project toward approval.

We keep feedback organized and tied to the project scope so everyone knows what is changing, what has been approved, and what comes next.

FINAL QUALITY

ASSURANCE TAKES PLACE.

05

— DELIVER

Before handoff or launch, we complete final quality assurance and confirm that the agreed deliverables are complete.

For graphic design, that means organized final files prepared for their intended use.

For web design, that means reviewing key pages, content, links, forms, responsive presentation, and launch details within the agreed scope.

Then we hand over the finished work and any applicable next-step guidance.
